Special reviews and surveys

PLB performs a variety of special functions on behalf of clients. Improving a client's transportation picture may include the assessment of warehouse location, or of the impact of transportation costs on distribution, including the comparative cost of traffic lanes. In addition, we perform transportation distribution and logistics cost/service analysis to identify opportunities to replace portions of high cost fleets with more cost-effective commercial carriers.
